St. Bernardine of Siena Children’s Center, mindful of its mission to be a witness to the love of Christ for all, admits students regardless of race, color, disability, gender, religious background, or national and/or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. While the school does not discriminate against students with special needs, a full range of services may not always be available to them. Decisions concerning the admission and continued enrollment of a student in the school are based on a student’s emotional, academic, and physical abilities and the resources available to the school in meeting the needs of the student. Priority is given to St. Bernardine’s parishioners based on availability of programs offered.
Open enrollment for our Summer and Fall sessions occurs in January. Parents are encouraged to complete an application and turn it into the office so that they can be notified of our Open Enrollment period. During the school year, the center will admit students as space becomes available in a classroom.

A deposit of one half (1/2) your monthly tuition is required at the beginning of enrollment. This deposit is refundable or applied towards any outstanding charges on your account upon giving 14 days written notice and your account has been in good standings with the preschool.
May be purchased for lunchtime at the cost of;
$65.00 per year for 5 days/week 5
$45.00 per year for 3 days a week
$35.00 per year for 2 days a week.
Milk or juice will be provided for your child, at no charge, for morning and afternoon snack.
Tuition payments begin in August 2016 and end in May 2017. Families have the option to pay their school tuition in one of the following ways:
1) Full payment of tuition directly to the school by July 31, 2016 with a $50 discount or
2) A monthly payment option (August – May) through the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan. If you decide to pay your tuition through FACTS, you can choose to have payments made either by automatic bank payments (ACH) from your checking or savings account or either the 5th or 20th of the month.
FACTS paperwork will be sent out with the enrollment packets and must be turned in no later than July 1, 2016 or earlier if possible.
EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM (E.D.P.):
Extended care for students who are not enrolled in the full day program is available at a cost of $7.00 per hour, or a portion thereof. If any child remains on campus after 6:00 PM, there is an overtime chare of $7.00 per each five (5) minutes, or portion thereof. After 6:30 PM, the charge increases to $14.00 per each five minutes, or portion thereof.
Tuition is calculated on 180 days, and then divided into ten (10) equal payments. There will be no reduction for short months, sick days, or holidays. Full time tuition does not include Christmas vacation, Easter vacation, and the weeks in between sessions. There will be an additional charge for those weeks.
